Terms and Conditions
PAYMENTS:
Minimum orders accepted before postage costs is $10.00 When paying via Direct Deposit please use your Name or Order Number as reference so I know it belongs to you. Failure to do this will delay the posting of your order. Payment is required within 5 days of your order being placed.
POSTAGE:
Your order will be posted on the next business day after your payment has been received, an email confirming that your order has been posted will be sent to you.
We recommend you choose the registered post option, as we do not accept any responsibility for Australia Post Loses.
While we take every care in the packaging of your order, damage due to miss handling while in the postal system can occur. If this happens to your order please take the issue up with Australia Post. We have no control over your orders once they leave our hands. Choosing the registered postage option will help guard against loss and damage occurring.
REFUNDS:
Please choose carefully as refunds are not given lightly. If you wish to return your purchase you must contact us first within 2 days of receiving your order to discuss the problem. If a refund is granted the items must be returned, well packaged in perfect condition using registered post at your expense, and be received by me within 5 days of the refund being granted. Requests for refunds after 7 days from the date of postage will NOT be given.
